No. There’s no Google API and no external service. You paste your own Google review link in settings, and customers are invited to use it after reviewing you on your site.
No — and that’s deliberate. It’s shown to every customer, regardless of rating, which keeps you compliant with Google’s review policies. “Review gating” (only asking happy customers) can get your Google profile penalised. Rixden Reviews doesn’t do it.
